It comes from one of the northernmost areas of the Caucasus, Georgia, home of the attractive carpets known as Kazak. Bordjalou, a town just south of the capital Tbilisi, has linked its name to carpets adorned with intricate hooked motifs.
Central field decorated with three medallions while a motif of half hooked lozenges runs along the main border.
